Aluminium prices on the Multi Commodity Exchange climbed 0.43% to Rs 234.80 per kg on Tuesday, fueled by fresh bets from speculators amid positive spot market trends.
New Delhi, Sep 17 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Tuesday marginally climbed 0.43 per cent to Rs 234.80 per kilogram in futures trade as speculators built up fresh positions amid a positive trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium contracts for October delivery marginally increased Re 1 or 0.43 per cent to Rs 234.80 per kg in a business turnover of 181 lots.
Analysts said fresh positions created by traders amid demand from consuming industries supported aluminium prices in the futures market.
