Aluminium Futures Rise on Fresh Bets - PTI

Aluminium futures prices climbed on the Multi Commodity Exchange due to fresh bets by speculators and demand from consuming industries. Read more.
New Delhi, Sep 18 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Wednesday climbed 0.34 per cent to Rs 233.10 per kilogram in futures trade as speculators built up fresh positions amid a positive trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium contracts for October delivery increased 80 paise or 0.34 per cent to Rs 233.10 per kg in a business turnover of 1,684 lots.
Analysts said fresh positions created by traders amid demand from consuming industries supported aluminium prices in the futures market.
