Aluminium Futures Rise on Fresh Bets - PTI
Aluminium prices on the Multi Commodity Exchange rose on Monday due to fresh positions by speculators and demand from consuming industries.
New Delhi, Oct 21 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Monday increased Rs 1.90 to Rs 243.35 per kilogram in the futures market, as speculators built up fresh positions amid a positive trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in November rose Rs 1.90 or 0.79 per cent to Rs 243.35 per kg in 1,859 lots.
Analysts said fresh positions created by traders amid demand from consuming industries supported aluminium prices in the futures market.
