Aluminium Futures Rise on Fresh Bets - PTI

Aluminium futures prices surged on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) due to increased demand from consuming industries and bullish sentiment in the spot market.
New Delhi, Nov 29 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Friday rose Rs 1.55 to Rs 243.20 per kilogram in the futures market, as speculators built up fresh positions amid a positive trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in December rose Rs 1.55 or 0.64 per cent to Rs 243.20 per kg in 3,334 lots.
Analysts said fresh positions created by traders amid demand from consuming industries supported aluminium prices in the futures market.
