Aluminium Futures Rise on Fresh Bets - PTI
Aluminium futures prices climbed on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) on Monday, driven by fresh bets and demand from consuming industries.
New Delhi, Dec 9 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Monday rose Rs 1.65 to Rs 244.95 per kilogram in the futures market, as speculators built up fresh positions amid a positive trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in December increased Rs 1.65 or 0.68 per cent to Rs 244.95 per kg in 2,358 lots.
Analysts said fresh positions created by traders amid demand from consuming industries supported aluminium prices in the futures market.
