Aluminium Futures Rise on Fresh Bets - PTI
Aluminium prices on the Multi Commodity Exchange rose 35 paise to Rs 252.35 per kilogram on Thursday, driven by fresh bets from speculators and positive spot market trends.
New Delhi, Jan 30 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Thursday rose 35 paise to Rs 252.35 per kilogram in the futures market as speculators built up fresh positions amid a positive trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in February increased 35 paise or 0.14 per cent to Rs 252.35 per kg in 3,205 lots.
Analysts said fresh positions created by traders amid demand from consuming industries supported aluminium prices in the futures market.
