Aluminium Futures Rise on Fresh Bets
Aluminium prices rose on Wednesday, driven by fresh bets from speculators and positive trends in the spot market.
New Delhi, Mar 5 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Wednesday rose Rs 1.35 to Rs 258.10 per kilogram in the futures market as speculators built up fresh positions amid a positive trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in April increased Rs 1.35 or 0.53 per cent to Rs 258.10 per kg in 714 lots.
Analysts said fresh positions created by traders amid demand from consuming industries supported aluminium prices in the futures market.
