Aluminium Futures Surge on Fresh Bets - PTI

Aluminium futures prices rose on Thursday due to increased speculation and demand from consuming industries, according to PTI.
New Delhi, Dec 12 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Thursday rose 60 paise to Rs 245.35 per kilogram in the futures market, as speculators built up fresh positions amid a positive trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in December increased 60 paise or 0.25 per cent to Rs 245.35 per kg in 2,971 lots.
Analysts said fresh positions created by traders amid demand from consuming industries supported aluminium prices in the futures market.
