Arvind SmartSpaces to redevelop a Mumbai housing society, projecting Rs 300 crore revenue from free saleable area in Santacruz.

New Delhi, Mar 27 (PTI) Realty firm Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd will redevelop a housing society in Mumbai and it expects a revenue of around Rs 300 crore from free saleable area.
In a regulatory filing on Friday, the Ahmedabad-based company informed that it has signed a society redevelopment project in Santacruz, Mumbai.
"The project has a top-line potential of Rs 300 crore with a total estimated carpet area for sale of 42,000 sq ft," it added.
Arvind SmartSpaces has real estate developments across Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Baroda, Bengaluru, Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Pune.
