AU Small Finance Bank Sets Up Rajasthan Guesthouses

Jaipur, Jul 16 (PTI) AU Small Finance Bank has set up guesthouses at various locations in Rajasthan, under an initiative aimed at enhancing employee welfare.

The 'House of Growth' initiative seeks to provide employees with a sense of peace, respect and renewed energy while also improving loan recovery in these regions, according to a release.


"The bank has set up guesthouses in 20 select locations across the state. These guesthouses, equipped with modern amenities like comfortable beds, Wi-Fi, and essential facilities, are intended to offer employees a home-like comfort after long journeys and exhausting workdays in rural areas," the release said.

The bank plans to extend the 'House of Growth' initiative to 18 additional locations, including Begu, Jhadol, Ratangarh, Bhinder, Tonk and Pratapgarh, by the end of July.

"Looking ahead, the bank plans to expand the programme to 71 locations across Rajasthan in the coming years. Funds for this expansion have already been approved," it added.
