New Delhi, Aug 10 (PTI) Brookfield India Real Estate Trust (BIRET) and NCW's Prime Offices Fund have acquired 2.64 lakh sq ft office spaces in Mumbai for an enterprise value of Rs 1700 crore.

In a regulatory filing on Monday, the BIRET said the company and NCW's Prime Offices Fund have signed binding agreements for the acquisition of a 2,64,000 square feet institutional-quality office space located at Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) in Mumbai.

NCW's Prime Offices Fund is a commercial real estate focused fund managed by Nuvama and Cushman & Wakefield Management Pvt Ltd.


"The front-office space comprises three contiguous office floors which will be acquired from a Brookfield private real estate fund through an equal partnership, for an enterprise value of Rs 17,00 crore," BIRET said in the filing.

Brookfield India REIT manages 11 Grade A assets located in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Gurugram, Noida and Kolkata.

Its portfolio consists of 37.2 million sq ft total leasable area, comprising 32.6 miliion sq ft of operating area.
