Citius TransNet IPO Subscribed 20.43 Times

New Delhi, Apr 21 (PTI) The initial public offering of Citius TransNet Investment Trust received 20.43 times subscription on the closing day of bidding on Tuesday.

The Rs 1,105-crore IPO of the InvIT (Infrastructure Investment Trust) received bids for 1,25,40,24,900 units as against 6,13,88,850 units on offer, as per NSE data.

The category for institutional investors got subscribed 23.21 times, while the other investors' portion received 17.09 times subscription.

Citius TransNet Investment Trust has mobilised Rs 497.25 crore from anchor investors.


The price band for the offer is Rs 99 to Rs 100 per unit.

Proceeds from the issue will be used for partial or full acquisition of securities of SRPL Roads Pvt Ltd and certain identified project special purpose vehicles, including Thrissur Expressway Ltd, Jorabat Shillong Expressway Ltd, Dhola Infra Projects Pvt Ltd and Dibang Infra Projects Pvt Ltd, as well as for general corporate purposes.

Citius TransNet Investment Trust is a transport sector-focused infrastructure investment trust (InvIT), established with an objective to acquire, manage and invest in a portfolio of transport infrastructure assets, including roads, in India.

Axis Capital, Ambit, and ICICI Securities are the book-running lead managers to the issue.
