Copper futures decline in India due to muted domestic demand. November contract eases on MCX. Analysts cite lower participant bets.
New Delhi, Oct 14 (PTI) Copper futures on Tuesday fell Rs 16.30 to Rs 991.75 per kilogram as participants reduced their positions amid muted demand in the domestic market.


On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper futures for the November contract eased by Rs 16.30 or 1.62 per cent to Rs 991.75 per kilogram in a business turnover of 3,797 lots.

Analysts attributed the decline in copper prices to lower bets by participants.
