Copper Futures Rise on Higher Demand - PTI
Copper futures on the Multi Commodity Exchange gained 0.12% on Friday to Rs 830.50 per kg driven by increased spot demand. Analysts attribute the rise to increased bets by participants.
New Delhi, Jan 10 (PTI) Copper futures on Friday rose 0.12 per cent to Rs 830.50 per kilogram on the back of higher spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for February delivery climbed Re 1 or 0.12 per cent to Rs 830.50 per kg in a business turnover of 2,024 lots.
Analysts attributed the rise in copper prices to the raising of bets by participants.
