Copper Futures Rise on Higher Demand - PTI
Copper futures on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) climbed 0.38% to Rs 844.50 per kg on Wednesday due to increased spot demand. Analysts attribute the rise to higher bets by participants.
New Delhi, Feb 5 (PTI) Copper futures on Wednesday rose 0.38 per cent to Rs 844.50 per kilogram on the back of higher spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for March delivery climbed Rs 3.20 or 0.38 per cent to Rs 844.50 per kg in a business turnover of 1,202 lots.
Analysts attributed the rise in copper prices to higher bets by participants.
