Copper Futures Rise on Higher Spot Demand - PTI

Copper prices on the Multi Commodity Exchange rose 0.33% to Rs 810.50 per kg on Friday, driven by higher spot demand. Analysts attributed the rise to increased bets by participants.
New Delhi, Sep 13 (PTI) Copper prices on Friday rose 0.33 per cent to Rs 810.50 per kilogram in the futures market on the back of higher spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for delivery in October traded higher Rs 2.70 or 0.33 per cent at Rs 810.50 per kg in a business turnover of 1,875 lots.
Analysts attributed the rise in copper prices to the raising of bets by participants.
