Copper Futures Rise on Higher Spot Demand

Copper futures on the Multi Commodity Exchange rose 0.55% to Rs 910.90 per kg on Tuesday, driven by increased spot demand and higher bets by participants.
New Delhi, Mar 25 (PTI) Copper futures on Tuesday rose 0.55 per cent to Rs 910.90 per kilogram on the back of higher spot demand.


On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for April delivery grew Rs 4.95 or 0.55 per cent to Rs 910.90 per kg in a business turnover of 7,516 lots.

Analysts attributed the rise in copper prices to higher bets by participants.
