Copper Futures Rise on Spot Demand

Copper futures climbed 0.35% to Rs 912/kg on MCX due to increased spot demand. October contracts saw a rise amid higher trading volumes.
New Delhi, Sep 19 (PTI) Copper futures rose 0.35 per cent to Rs 912 per kilogram on Friday due to higher spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for October delivery grew Rs 3.20 or 0.35 per cent to Rs 912 per kg in a business turnover of 4,653 lots.
Analysts attributed the rise in copper prices to higher bets by participants.
