Copper Futures Rise on Spot Demand

New Delhi, Oct 8 (PTI) Copper futures rose 0.2 per cent to Rs 1,004 per kilogram on Wednesday due to higher spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for November delivery grew Rs 2.05 or 0.2 per cent to Rs 1,004 per kg in a business turnover of 1,643 lots.
Analysts attributed the rise in copper prices to higher bets by participants.
