Copper Futures Rise on Spot Demand

Copper futures increased to Rs 1,016/kg on MCX due to strong spot demand. December contracts saw a slight gain. Analyst views included.
New Delhi, Nov 12 (PTI) Copper futures rose 0.02 per cent to Rs 1,016 per kilogram on Wednesday due to higher spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for December delivery grew 20 paise or 0.02 per cent to Rs 1,016 per kg in a business turnover of 3,296 lots.
Analysts attributed the rise in copper prices to higher bets by participants.
