Copper futures climbed to Rs 1,326.70/kg on MCX due to increased spot demand and positive market sentiment. Analyst views inside.
New Delhi, Feb 4 (PTI) Copper futures rose by Rs 9.60 to Rs 1,326.70 per kg on Wednesday due to higher spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for March delivery grew by Rs 9.60, or 0.73 per cent, to Rs 1,326.70 per kilogram in a business turnover of 959 lots.
Analysts attributed the rise in copper prices to higher bets by participants.
