Copper futures increase due to higher spot demand. March contracts up 0.43% to Rs 1,266.85/kg on MCX. Analyst views included.
New Delhi, Feb 11 (PTI) Copper futures rose by Rs 5.40 to Rs 1,266.85 per kg on Wednesday due to higher spot demand.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for March delivery grew by Rs 5.40, or 0.43 per cent, to Rs 1,266.85 per kilogram in a business turnover of 230 lots.


Analysts attributed the rise in copper prices to higher bets by participants. PTI DR DR ANU
