Copper Futures Rise on Strong Demand

New Delhi, Oct 18 (PTI) Copper futures on Friday saw an uptick of 1.04 per cent to Rs 845.80 per kilogram on the back of higher spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for November delivery increased by Rs 8.70 or 1.04 per cent to Rs 845.80 per kg in a business turnover of 4,917 lots.
Analysts attributed the rise in copper prices to the raising of bets by participants.
