Copper Futures Slip on Subdued Demand

New Delhi, Mar 13 (PTI) Copper prices fell Rs 2.10 to Rs 1,221 per kilogram in the futures trade on Friday, weighed down by muted demand in the domestic spot market.


On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), copper for April delivery slipped Rs 2.10, or 0.17 per cent, to Rs 1,221 per kg in a business turnover of 63 lots.

Traders said subdued domestic demand from consuming industries weighed on copper prices in futures trade.
