Coriander Futures Fall: Low Demand Impacts Prices

Coriander futures decline on weak demand. April contracts fall Rs 120 to Rs 12,066/quintal. Spot market pressure affects prices.
New Delhi, Feb 3 (PTI) Coriander prices on Tuesday declined by Rs 120 to Rs 12,066 per quintal in futures trade as speculators reduced their positions amid weak demand in the spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, coriander contracts for April delivery fell Rs 120, or 0.98 per cent, to Rs 12,066 per quintal in 14,755 lots.
Market analysts said subdued demand in the spot market led to the decline in coriander prices here.
