Coriander futures jump on increased demand. May contracts climb on NCDEX. Spot market strength and supply constraints drive price gains.

New Delhi, Apr 6 (PTI) Coriander prices on Monday increased by Rs 160 to Rs 13,196 per quintal in futures trade as speculators increased their holdings, tracking a firm trend in the spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, coriander contracts for May delivery climbed Rs 160, or 1.23 per cent, to Rs 13,196 per quintal in 15,805 lots.
A firm trend in the spot market and restricted supplies from producing regions pushed up coriander prices, market analysts said.
