Coriander prices edged higher in futures trade on NCDEX due to fresh buying. June contracts rose by Rs 2 to 12,680 per quintal. Adequate supplies capped gains.
New Delhi, Jun 4 (PTI) Coriander prices edged higher in futures trade on Thursday amid fresh buying by market participants.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, coriander contracts for June delivery went up by Rs 2 to 12,680 per quintal with an open interest of 22,140 lots.

Traders said fresh positions created by participants supported coriander prices in futures trade.

Market participants are also tracking arrivals from producing regions and demand from stockists for further cues on price movement.

Analysts said adequate supplies in the physical market, however, capped gains in coriander prices.
