Cottonseed Oil Cake Futures Rise on Demand

Cottonseed oil cake futures prices rise on fresh bets amid higher demand. December delivery trades higher on NCDEX.
New Delhi, Sep 29 (PTI) Cottonseed oil cake prices on Monday rose Rs 5 to Rs 2,889 per quintal in futures trade as speculators created fresh positions amid higher demand.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, cottonseed oil cake for December delivery traded higher Rs 5 or 0.17 per cent at Rs 2,889 per quintal with an open interest of 15,020 lots.
Marketmen said the widening of positions by participants amid increasing demand for cattle feed mainly influenced cottonseed oil cake prices.
