Cottonseed Oil Futures Slip: Demand Weakens

New Delhi, Feb 27 (PTI) Cottonseed oil cake prices on Friday fell Rs 34 to Rs 3,235 per quintal in futures trade as participants reduced their bets, following weak trends in the spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, cottonseed oil cake for March delivery traded lower by Rs 34, or 1.04 per cent, to Rs 3,235 per quintal with an open interest of 53,630 lots.
Analysts said a sell-off by participants at existing levels amid a subdued market trend weighed on cottonseed oil cake prices.
