Crude Oil Futures Drop on Weak Global Demand
Crude oil futures declined in India on Wednesday, mirroring weakness in global markets. Prices fell on concerns about weak demand, with WTI and Brent crude also trading lower.

New Delhi, Mar 12 (PTI) Crude oil futures on Wednesday fell Rs 5 to Rs 5,784 per barrel in futures trade as participants trimmed their positions tracking weak demand in the overseas market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude oil for April delivery traded lower by Rs 5 or 0.09 per cent at Rs 5,784 per barrel in 2,365 lots.
Analysts said the prices were affected following participants offloading their holdings amid weak global cues.
Globally, West Texas Intermediate crude marginally declined 0.02 per cent to USD 66.24 per barrel while Brent crude was trading flat at USD 69.56 per barrel in New York.
