New Delhi, Jan 3 (PTI) Crude oil futures on Friday fell Rs 8 to Rs 6,291 per barrel in futures trade as participants trimmed their positions on low demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude oil for February delivery traded lower by Rs 8 or 0.13 per cent at Rs 6,291 per barrel in 651 lots.
Globally, West Texas Intermediate crude was trading 0.05 per cent lower at USD 73.17 per barrel, while Brent crude was trading 0.05 per cent lower at USD 75.97 lower per barrel in New York.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude oil for February delivery traded lower by Rs 8 or 0.13 per cent at Rs 6,291 per barrel in 651 lots.
Globally, West Texas Intermediate crude was trading 0.05 per cent lower at USD 73.17 per barrel, while Brent crude was trading 0.05 per cent lower at USD 75.97 lower per barrel in New York.
