Crude Oil Futures Rise on Spot Demand - PTI
Crude oil futures prices rose in India on Monday, driven by increased positions from traders on the back of strong spot demand. Global benchmarks, WTI and Brent, also traded higher.

New Delhi, Mar 3 (PTI) Crude oil prices on Monday rose Rs 14 to Rs 6,132 per barrel in futures trade as participants increased their positions following a firm spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude oil for April delivery traded higher by Rs 14 or 0.23 per cent at Rs 6,132 per barrel in 3,085 lots.
Analysts said raising of bets by participants kept crude oil prices higher in futures trade.
Globally, West Texas Intermediate crude was trading 0.40 per cent higher at USD 70.04 per barrel, while Brent crude was trading 0.37 per cent higher at USD 73.08 per barrel in New York.
