Delhivery launches on-demand intracity shipping in Delhi-NCR & Bengaluru via its app, offering 15-min pickups and fast, affordable deliveries.
New Delhi, Jun 20 (PTI) Logistics provider Delhivery on Friday announced the full-scale launch of On-demand Intracity Shipping service on the Delhivery Direct app in Delhi-NCR and Bengaluru after a pilot launch in Ahmedabad.
In a statement, the company said the service offers pickups within 15 minutes of booking for local deliveries. Two-wheelers are used for parcel deliveries, while three- and four-wheeler vehicles cater to larger consignments.
The Delhivery Direct App is available on Google Play and Apple App stores, where customers can download and book their intracity orders on demand, according to the statement.
Delhivery MD & CEO Sahil Barua said this launch offers millions of consumers and SMEs across the country a logistics solution that is fast, affordable, and reliable.
It completes the spectrum of offerings to the customers, who can now use the services for intracity needs as well, he added.
