Diamond Power Infrastructure secures LoI from Adani Electricity Mumbai for Rs 45.47 cr cable supply. Order to be executed May 2026-2027.

New Delhi, Apr 15 (PTI) Diamond Power Infrastructure on Wednesday said it has received a letter of intent from Adani Electricity Mumbai Ltd for supply of cables worth Rs 45.47 crore.
The order will be executed from May 2026 to May 2027, a regulatory filing stated.
"Our company has received a letter of intent from Adani Electricity Mumbai Ltd for supply of cables worth Rs 45,47,45,592 inclusive GST," the filing said.
The order does not fall under the ambit of related party transactions, it stated.
