DLF Q4 Profit Down 1% | FY26 Profit Rises

DLF Q4 net profit declines 1% to Rs 1,269 cr. FY26 profit rises to Rs 4,415 cr. Total income also fell in Q4.

New Delhi, May 13 (PTI) Realty major DLF Ltd on Wednesday reported a 1 per cent decline in consolidated net profit to Rs 1,268.56 crore during the March quarter on lower income.
Its net profit stood at Rs 1,282.20 crore in the year-ago period.
Total income also fell to Rs 2,093.82 crore in the fourth quarter of 2025-26 from Rs 3,347.77 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year.
During FY26, the company's profit rose to Rs 4,414.68 crore from Rs 4,366.82 crore in the preceding year.
Total income increased to Rs 9,816.04 crore last fiscal year from Rs 8,995.89 crore in the 2024-25 financial year.
DLF is the country's largest real estate company in terms of market capitalisation.
