EBG Group inaugurates a Rs 25-cr manufacturing & distribution hub in Hyderabad. Vajram Electric boosts production & creates 450 jobs.
Mumbai, May 27 (PTI) EBG Group on Tuesday announced the inauguration of its centralised manufacturing, assembly and distribution hub in Hyderabad at an investment of Rs 25 crore.
Spread over 25000 sq ft, the new facility, Vajram Electric, will function as a production and logistics hub for EBG Group's diversified portfolio, the company said.
The group currently operates an advanced assembly facility in Hyderabad and functions as a fully integrated production and warehousing campus designed for scale, efficiency and faster market turnaround.
The upgraded facility is engineered to deliver significant production capacity, strengthening the Group's ability to meet rising domestic demand while building export-ready manufacturing capabilities, it said.
The project has been launched with an initial investment of Rs 25 crore, which will be deployed in a phased manner towards automation, capacity expansion and systems integration, aimed at improving efficiency and reducing turnaround time across product lines, the company stated.
In addition to this, further investments have been planned over the next phase of growth, the company said.
"Vajram Electric is the strategic backbone of our entire operations. We are creating a platform that can support multiple high-growth sectors at scale.

The new facility will be expanded to 50,000 sq ft over the next year and support 11 of the Group's business verticals through a unified multi-brand production platform, the company said and added that the move is expected to generate over 450 direct and indirect jobs while strengthening domestic manufacturing capabilities and integrated supply chains.
EBG Group has a diversified portfolio spanning electric mobility, rehabilitation technology, consumer electronics, construction, F&B infrastructure and sustainable hospitality.
