New Delhi, Mar 23 (PTI) Decorative wall panels and interior solutions player Euro Pratik Sales on Monday said it has acquired a 51 per cent stake in Chawla Brothers for Rs 33.2 crore.

The acquisition of Chawla Brothers, a well-established decorative surfaces business in North India, is expected to be completed by March 31, 2026, Euro Pratik Sales said in a statement.

The acquisition is valued at Rs 33.2 crore, including capital infusion of Rs 4.1 crore, and will be funded through internal accruals, it added.

"This acquisition is a key milestone in our growth journey as we continue to build a strong pan-India presence. Following the successful integration of URO Veneer World in South India, the acquisition of Chawla Brothers strengthens our foothold in North India," Euro Pratik Sales Chairman and MD Pratik Singhvi said.

The company is well-positioned to pursue value-accretive growth opportunities while enhancing its distribution on capabilities and product reach, he said, adding "we will continue to evaluate strategic acquisition opportunities as they arise".

This is the company's second strategic acquisition in the last four months, following the acquisition of URO Veneer World, which enabled Euro Pratik to strengthen its presence in the southern market, the statement said.

Founded in 1978, Chawla Brothers has a presence across Punjab, Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh and operates across both wholesale (B2B) and retail (B2C) segments. It has a distribution network of over 450 dealers.
