Guar Gum Futures Rise on Strong Demand - PTI

Guar gum futures prices rose on Wednesday due to increased speculation and firm spot demand. The National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange saw guar gum for November delivery advance by Rs 23 per quintal.
New Delhi, Oct 30 (PTI) Guar gum prices on Wednesday rose Rs 23 to Rs 10,657 per quintal in the futures market as speculators increased their holdings amid a firm spot demand.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar gum for November delivery advanced Rs 23 or 0.22 per cent to Rs 10,657 per quintal in 34,515 lots.
Analysts said after tracking a firm physical market trend, traders raised their bets, which led to the rise in guar gum prices.
