Guar Seed Futures Decline on Ample Supplies - PTI
Guar seed futures prices fell on Thursday due to ample supplies from growing regions. The December contract on NCDEX closed at Rs 5,212 per quintal.
New Delhi, Nov 28 (PTI) Guar seed prices on Thursday declined Rs 9 to Rs 5,212 per quintal in the futures trade amid ample supplies.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for December delivery fell Rs 9 or 0.17 per cent to Rs 5,212 per quintal with an open interest of 50,260 lots.
Marketmen attributed the downward trend in guar seed prices to increasing supplies from growing regions.
