Guar Seed Futures Decline on Ample Supplies
Guar seed futures prices fell on Tuesday due to ample supplies from growing regions. The December contract on NCDEX closed at Rs 5,240 per quintal.
New Delhi, Nov 19 (PTI) Guar seed prices on Tuesday slipped Rs 3 to Rs 5,240 per quintal in the futures trade amid ample supplies.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for December delivery fell Rs 3 or 0.06 per cent to Rs 5,240 per quintal with an open interest of 54,600 lots.
Marketmen attributed the downward trend in guar seed prices to increasing supplies from growing regions.
