Guar Seed Futures Fall on Ample Supplies
Guar seed prices declined on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange due to ample supplies from growing regions.
New Delhi, Jan 23 (PTI) Guar seed prices on Thursday declined Rs 54 to Rs 5,560 per quintal in the futures trade amid ample supplies.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for March delivery fell Rs 54 or 0.97 per cent to Rs 5,560 per quintal with an open interest of 13,800 lots.
Marketmen attributed the downward trend in guar seed prices to increasing supplies from growing regions.
