Guar Seed Futures Fall on Ample Supplies

New Delhi, Jul 13 (PTI) Guar seed prices on Monday dipped by Rs 29 to Rs 6,280 per quintal in futures trade amid ample supplies.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for July delivery fell by Rs 29, or 0.46 per cent, to Rs 6,280 per quintal with an open interest of 55,010 lots.

Marketmen attributed the downward trend in guar seed prices to increasing supplies from growing regions.
