Guar seed futures decline by Rs 47 to Rs 5,724 per quintal on NCDEX due to increasing supplies from growing regions. April delivery contracts affected.
New Delhi, Apr 10 (PTI) Guar seed prices on Friday declined by Rs 47 to Rs 5,724 per quintal in futures trade amid ample supplies.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for April delivery fell Rs 47, or 0.82 per cent, to Rs 5,724 per quintal with an open interest of 56,645 lots.
Marketmen attributed the downward trend in guar seed prices to increasing supplies from growing regions.
