Guar Seed Prices Fall: Ample Supplies Pressure Futures

Guar seed futures decline on NCDEX due to ample supplies from growing regions. February contracts fell Rs 6 to Rs 5,560 per quintal.
New Delhi, Jan 30 (PTI) Guar seed prices on Friday declined Rs 6 to Rs 5,560 per quintal in futures trade amid ample supplies.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for February delivery fell Rs 6 or 0.11 per cent to Rs 5,560 per quintal with an open interest of 40,740 lots.
