HCCB Kinley Water Line Launched in Telangana

New Delhi, Apr 14 (PTI) Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Ltd (HCCB), a bottling firm controlled by Coca-Cola, on Tuesday announced the commissioning of a high-speed Kinley Water Production Line at its manufacturing facility in Avinya, Telangana.


Avinya Plant is located in Banda Thimmapur, Siddipet district, and is one of HCCB's most advanced manufacturing facilities. Built on a 49-acre site with a total planned investment of over Rs 2,000 crore, the plant currently operates seven advanced production lines and represents a major addition to the company's manufacturing ecosystem in the region.

The newly installed line can produce Kinley 500 ml PET bottles at a speed of up to 1,350 bottles per minute (BPM) and Kinley 1-litre PET bottles at 1,000 BPM, setting a new benchmark for manufacturing speed, operational efficiency, and precision production capacity.
