HFCL Bags Rs 84 Cr Optical Fibre Cable Order

New Delhi, May 4 (PTI) Telecom gear maker HFCL on Monday said it has secured an order worth Rs 84.23 crore from a leading domestic private telecom service provider for the supply of Optical Fibre Cables.

The order was secured by the company along with its material subsidiary, HTL Ltd, said a regulatory filing by the company.


However, HFCL did not disclose the name of the telecom operator. The domestic contract involves the supply of optical fibre cables as per customer specifications and is scheduled to be executed by August 2026.

"The company, along with HTL Ltd, a material subsidiary of the company, has secured purchase orders worth Rs 84.23 crore for the supply of optical fibre cables from one of the leading private telecom operators of the company. These significant orders reaffirm the trust our customers place in the company's manufacturing capabilities, technological excellence and product quality," HFCL said.
