Himalia Prime Assets, backed by Jupiter Capital, acquires a 4.65-acre eco-resort near Bengaluru for Rs 25 crore, planning further Rs 25 Cr investment.
New Delhi, Jun 17 (PTI) Himalia Prime Assets has acquired a 4.65-acre eco-resort near Bengaluru for Rs 25 crore.

Himalia Prime Assets is an asset development and management platform backed by private equity investment firm Jupiter Capital.

In a statement on Wednesday, the company said it has acquired Our Native Village Eco Resort, which comprises 24 keys on 3 acres, with an additional 1.65 acres of land area available for future expansion.


The deal value is Rs 25 crore, the statement added.

Over the next two years, Himalia Prime Assets plans to invest at least Rs 25 crore more towards upgrading and enhancing the resort's offerings and operational capabilities. It aims to increase the inventory from 24 to 40 keys.

The company has partnered with Niraamaya Life – a luxury wellness brand – to manage the day-to-day operations at this resort.

With the latest acquisition, Himalia's hospitality now has three resort properties, including a 31-key resort in Kovalam and a 27-key resort in Kumarakom, Kerala.
