Hind Rectifiers Appoints Chief Global Growth Officer

New Delhi, Mar 23 (PTI) Hind Rectifiers on Tuesday announced the appointment of Chidambaram Balakrishnan as its Chief Global Growth Officer.

In his new role, Chidambaram will lead Hind Rectifiers' global growth initiatives, with a focus on expanding the company's global footprint, strengthening strategic partnerships, and identifying new opportunities for business growth across key global markets, a regulatory filing said.

He will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's global growth strategy and driving long-term value creation.


According to the statement, Hind Rectifiers Ltd, a leading manufacturer of Power Semiconductors, Power Electronic Equipments and Railway Transportation Systems, has announced the appointment of Chidambaram Balakrishnan as Chief Global Growth Officer of the company.

Over the course of his career, he has held several leadership positions, including Managing Director at Caterpillar Rail and Regional Director(South Asia) at GE Transportation.

He has also played an active leadership role in industry bodies, having served as Chairman, Confederation of Indian Industry (Railway Division), and Chairman, American Chamber of Commerce in India (Infrastructure Division).
