Blackstone-backed Horizon Industrial Parks raised Rs 1,168 crore from anchor investors ahead of its Rs 2,600 crore IPO opening on Aug 17.
New Delhi, Aug 14 (PTI) Blackstone-backed Horizon Industrial Parks Ltd on Friday raised Rs 1,168 crore from anchor investors, days ahead of the opening of its initial public offering (IPO) for subscription.

The company allotted over 19.46 crore equity shares to anchor investors at Rs 60 per share, which is the upper end of the IPO price band, according to a circular uploaded on the stock exchanges.

Carmignac, WhiteOak Capital, SBI Life Insurance, 360 ONE, Nuvama, Matthews, Poonawalla Vision Fund, PGIM India, JM Financial Mutual Fund, Edelweiss and Sundaram Mutual Fund were among the investors participating in the anchor book.

The anchor allocation also saw participation from foreign portfolio investors (FPIs), mutual funds, insurance companies, wealth funds and large family offices. About half of the anchor book was subscribed by FPIs.

Horizon Industrial Parks had earlier raised Rs 1,650 crore through a private placement in December 2025, prior to filing its papers, from investors, including 360 ONE, SBI Life Insurance, Radhakishan Damani, SBI, Edelweiss, DSP and Nuvama.

The company's Rs 2,600-crore IPO will open for subscription on August 17 and close on August 19. The price band has been fixed at Rs 57-60 per share.

The issue comprises entirely a fresh issue of equity shares, with no offer-for-sale (OFS) component. At the upper price band, the issue values the company at a post-issue market capitalisation of around Rs 17,298 crore.

Of the Rs 2,600 crore IPO, Rs 1,167.75 crore has been allocated to anchor investors, leaving around Rs 1,432.25 crore for the remaining public issue.

The company proposes to use the IPO proceeds primarily to repay borrowings.

Horizon Industrial Parks is an industrial and logistics infrastructure developer, owner and operator with a portfolio of around 60 million square feet across 46 assets in 10 cities.

Blackstone currently holds around an 89 per cent stake in the company, according to the red herring prospectus.

The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE and NSE on August 24.
