Jerusalem, Aug 5 (PTI) The Indian mission in Israel on Wednesday launched a dedicated one-stop facilitation platform, India-Israel Business Hub, to boost bilateral trade, investments and collaborations.
India's Ambassador to Israel, JP Singh, said that the launch of the India-Israel Business Hub marks an important step in strengthening bilateral economic engagement.
"India and Israel are natural economic partners with complementary strengths -- India's scale, talent, and manufacturing capabilities complement Israel's innovation and advanced technologies, creating significant opportunities for trade, investment, and innovation," Singh said at an event here.
Describing India as a "market of immense opportunity" for Israeli businesses, the Acting President of the Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce (FICC), Israela Stier, expressed confidence that "the initiative would significantly strengthen commercial ties between the two countries".
Singh and Stier jointly unveiled the logo of the IndiaâIsrael Business Hub at the launch event.
